Sabah - Kota Kinabalu 60.53.x.x is the only playable IP, but quality varies widely. 300-400ms on good days, 400-700ms is normal, 700-1100ms on bad days. 60.50.x.x typically 1100ms and way above. 124.x.x.x also typically 1100ms and way above. My line quality may have something to do with it, have heard from friends here who consistently get 200ms on 60.53.x.x I'll believe it when I see it though.

I'd like to update the information I gave re: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah way back in June 2007 heh:
124.82.XXX is the best with 400-800ms latency depending on how fast the Streamyx monkeys are working. 124.12.XXX is not worth trying. 115.XXX was recently made available, not tested much but seems similar to 124.82.XXX. 219.XXX, 218.XXX and 60.XXX no longer (or very very rarely) available, at least for me.

Since last Friday my connection has been awful for WoW. The good IP range has become the worst, the worst IP range has become the best (but still horrible).
Sigh.

It's Children's Week now and I don't think I'll be able to get the "School of Hard Knocks" achievement with my latency / disconnections like this >< GAH! Am using Gamepath, which is usually pretty effective, but not these few days This post has been edited by Alvinleong: May 3 2010, 06:32 PM
