all you need is to register with AliExpress to buy some cheap (below rm10) item, and they prompt you to register with Alipay with your debit card. And you can use the account anywhere that accept Alipay 2D barcodes.

it seems even you linked your card to wechat wallet, you can only receive, not top up (debit card)
and for now, only verified mainland id can link card to wechat wallet (not sure if its true)

How can i setup we chat wallet since I don have any chna acc or unionpay card? I tried to add PBB n cimb credit card, error msg prompted mentioning about they don support oversea card

anybody know how to make to wallet appear? I was tried many methods but still no luck. I was purchased 10CNY wechat money from seagm and try to receive it but no luck for me because I can't add my credit card to the wechat pay. My wechat is only support China bank cards. I can't find "WALLET" in the me option.

Without a valid China bank account, you can't use them for now.
I was there for a week this month.

So we finally got malaysian wallet for wechat, check the wallet region option there..
didn't try function yet, so far only got bus ticket and mobile top-up. quick pay is there too

Since WeChat implemented strict regulations on transaction limits for those without China local bank card and verification, the only way I can deal is COD I guess.
