I have too, but trust me...cardio & slimming down alone won't help much. It's best if you gym hard especially on your chest area, because when your upper chest area are well developed it would makes your man boobs seem less perky especially with shirt on.

If normal manboobs,just do cardio and weight training...but if you still have it and its harden than fat..its gyno..you need surgery to fix it.
