My rating from yesterday 4.86 drop to 4.75...😓Don't know what mistake i've done😢

Only had 3 trips this morning...2 ppl rated me...dropped from 4.87 to 4.85

I had no problems at all with the trips...even got 1 passenger left her bag in my car, i drove back 15mins later upon discovering it...but i still get 4 stars from them

I seriously think we need to educate all the riders regarding this stupid rating system by grab..let them know 4 stars may be good to them but is bad to us drivers

Also. Noticed that volte function screws up connection sometimes.

Eg. U call passenger n before call gets connected, u canx the call, ur internet wont be up immediately. Happened to me a few times, had to switch internet to other sim to fix the issue.

However, after disabling volte function, seem to be ok.

Suppose volte feature uses ur internet partially to enhance clarity of ur voice calls.

Android phone btw, my 3yr old 5s bailed on me, touch screen no longer functioning despite doing mcguiver work to detach and reattach connectors/ribbons.

Is there a guarantee that if i buy new lcd, the touchscreen will work?

I mean do i need to get specifically lcd + digitizer or just any lcd coz it is packaged as a set.

Grab hitch is no longer available as of today.

yes i am. yesterday was my first drive. it's true that grab can earn slightly more. but app user-friendliness is still uber better.

rider quality, uber marginally better but Grab top up is kinda troublesome especially nowadays lotsa cash riders.

Yes. Or you can opt for Cancellation Rate (CR) > 10%

i read in the star and Grab claim that they have PDRM panic button for drivers that connects to the police.

Grab will not compensate u, u only can report them and leave remark.

Whether is there any action i don't know, but recently i saw a lot ma-pren using 3rd party booking, using local name or ma-pren name and leave remark "call this xxx". So i suspect Grab has suspended their account for excessive violation 

Again this 3rd booking is freaking annoying because of their suspension, call them and pin-point easiest location like 7-11, KFC, Mcdonald and still no show

i am using Digi now but lately the gps is from bad to worse, which many time it show gps cannot be locate and i cant rely on it to nivigate to my destination

i have to use my own car navigator but that one is without real time/ traffic or ETA..

I wanted to change to Maxis but check Maxis & the minimum package is RM100 above

i am not a full time driver and in fact i drive ard 30 trip per week only.
but my concern is sometimes rider will not happy as i may lost my direction and it affect my rating ....

any digi user here ?
