I just started grabcar driver.. when i pick up customer the waze doesnt work.. no distance told no route show.. i need to navigate by my eyes thru the road.. is it normal?

And sometimes when i use waze to navigate desination for client, the msg will pop up saying new client nearby to accpet. But im fetching a client how to accept? After that it count as not accept job.. why?
