I'm really sure CS pass your email to payment team and set your case aside, call them up and raise this issue to them, tell them the ticket number as stated in email, i'm sure they will hold the line and call up payment team. Then later only take action about it.

As mentioned previously, they are calculating incentive MANUALLY   

It is the same like Promo code, its so messy and no clear directive when and where it will credited. Then all driver mogok and reject ride with promo code, then only Grab management take serious look about it

I presume u r talking about week May 29th - June 4th, which is totally screwed.  Grab statement to me, AR 82.35%, CR 7.14%.

I remember all my trips cuz I only did like 6-7 hours.  25 jobs offer, accepted 22.  Completed 18 trips, passengers cancelled 3, I cancelled 1.  No matter how you manipulate the numbers u can never get AR 82.35% and CR 7.14%.  On my app, AR 88%, CR 4.5%.

If rider's cancellation and my cancellation are not included, AR supposed to be 18/21 = 85.7%.  If only my cancellation doesnt include, AR = 21/24 = 87.5%.  No.matter how, still.cant get 82.35% & 7.14%

My cancellation is only 1 trip, how can it be 7.14%.  Ini tak.boleh tipu punya!

The system at that time was screwed.  I already emailed for clarification, 4 days, no reply.  Sent another reminder just now.

Your rating 4.7 looks quite dangerous, could it be they have rounded up to 4.7 in the email where you might be actually 4.6x so not entitled for ambassador/pro?

Reply back the email and fight for your rights, u can see at the bottom of the email.

Your case do look weird, how about pick-up bonus(above 2km)? did you get any?

I kena already grab driver rating manipulation.... Rating drop but rider who rated me didn't change....

No. I'm no in sales. So It means when ever I got a klia pings i just have to ignore it and work harder to get back my AR.  Now my ARis 67.7%.
How many trips i need to make to increase to least 88%?

Yes , i can accept that amount but not over drive to everyday and everyhour

I am from klang , bukit raja , not from kl , pj , ampang , damansara , etc

In klang area , the salary were quite low for basic work , which was 2k for diploma , 3k for degree as a starter
Ofcourse after you gain experience , you can get 4k to 5k ( maybe 3 year atleast of experience )

But in KL , pj area , i think you guys could easily get 3k for diploma , 4k for degree, and more to 6 to 7k with experience
( due to expenses on there were higher )

There was one thing that suit me was that flexible time , i need sometime off to research my forex trading, afterall that was some kind of investment education that could improve our financial , i just hope that it could help me later on
( in my mindset - even if i have 200k on hand , i dont know how to invest , i still need to work )

I know @moosekaka were saying that Forex were not truth/reliable , i knew it , it can be even said 1% of forex trading people make success out of the road , and most lose , i knew the fact well , and i been in it for 6years , it was same as stock market , if trading on market were that easy , everyone were doing trading and not working on businesses , but anyhow some still make it , and i believe in it. I lose quite alot of my time on it , i have no career experience except basic one , i have nothing after graduate to now except ptptn loan , yet i am not the kind that could go 9 to 5 work .

There were a side income that we driver can do , sales - especially property agent i think , i might give a try
( i dont like sales because they need to lie , ofcourse that was for sales purpose but i just dont lie haha )

If i can get a 3.5k or 4k month job , i wont go into driving. Ofcourse included that i could go home everyday , if need rent outside , i think 1k gone there , then it was same as 2.5k / 3k work .
