Shit..today only 1 rider rated me..did 10 trips total today.but rating drop from 4.88 to 4.55...i did complain about cancellation for rider no show for refund of commission deduction...report to grab, rating will drop?

Hi, may i know why my wallet cant view my cash balance? The weekly cash back is topup to cash balance right? Once i click on refresh, it say invalid email, that's email i used to register grab.

Depends... they only can track your location.  They wont know if the passenger is still in the car.  Sometimes we just want to kill the time to avoid charity trip.  Some places like mid valley or pavilion, with many diff entrances, you can play.
