For me, those who never initiate hello, no eye contact and not even confirm destination with me will get low star. Basic manners is something everybody should have, not to say driver. So far my Uber rides were good, all with good manners but not for Grab. Majorities of Grab drivers I encountered were less manners, I said hello instead when seeing them quiet but no response from them until they wanted to confirm which entrance to drop me off. The worst I encountered was that driver kept shaking head not less than 10 times when seeing jammed road to express his dissatisfaction. Another one was a lady driver, I was so exciting to get my first ride with lady driver and some more the pick-up point was at Renault, thought I would have topic that time but not, never said a word until almost reached drop off point,
at least confirm destination ma... and she drove dangerously too! But I left note just said her driving skill needs to be improved, knowing if I said dangerous drive will lead to suspension...

I'm a silent person who seldom initiate talk first except saying hello but I like drivers who can chit chat a bit, at least not so awkward like entering a library lor...laugh.gif

No, I didn't do that, but feel like it really depends on areas and types of riders... One thing good about the rating system is they count on last 100 rating which will be replaced in 2 weeks time for a full timer, which is definitely good for us. I had experienced once my DR dropped until the lowest ever 4.75 because of 1 nasty lady and 1 psycho lady two days in a row but now high until I scare laugh.gif

Your case came across my mind this morning. Since last week already went for 5-day suspension, the next action will be permanent ban and unfortunately they really did it on you this week. What happened last week is happening now... Their procedures are sms notification today and suspension tomorrow. It really doesn't make sense that you got banned because of high pax cancellations but it's true... Grab is crap to the max by nonsense funny SOP!!!
