Educate riders the most important thing for Grab to do now. Today itself I received:

1. Pickup location in the middle of the highway. OMG!!! So ridiculous. Need to call again and again to make sure I do not miss the road if not for sure need to make one big turn. And the rider pickup location is KIA MOTOR. For sure the location is available to choose from.

2. Multiple dropoff Uni Students in their campus. This is usual especially in UM. So huge the place. From one campus to another easily will cost fare of RM3.

3. This is the worse of the lot. Mama pren took 20+ minutes to come down. Reach destination need to wait another 10 minutes for papa pren to appear and pay the fare. Zzz......
End of driving, I called up CS Grab and lodge report on all the above trips. Then email details as well to Grab support.

For ambassador driver, are there any cancellation rate to meet in order for the incentive ?

Each unique passenger entitle ONE completed ride per week.
Meaning to say if Grabbers get the same passengers in that week, Only the 1st ride count and the rest doesn't count in for incentives?

waited for an hour just now for 7am trip.

usually 2 3 minutes got ping, this morning like

I tried to register GC thru a friend but he said got admin problem. Can't register yet. It has been a week. Weekend coming. Now I'm sad. 

4.81 and dropping. don't really care actually. as long as remain above 4.4. just doing the least what's needed.

I'm also lenient. ma pren say wait 2 minutes (=20 minutes), I will just wait. ma pren say stop at atm, I will just stop. up to them want to pay me extra or not. just lazy to argue actually.

4.80 last week the lowest, now bounce back to 4.81, but will drop much possibly because of a Malay woman yesterday complained that Grab is very susah, she started booking car from 7am but 7.45am only she got my car and caused her late to work.  Not my fault but definitely 1 star I get.

If everyday drops 0.01, I think in 40 days time I can say goodbye to Grab. LOL!
