If rider wrong location/destination, ask them to cancel and.book again.

If grabshare rider ask u to wait 5 minutes, ask them to cancel and book.again.

If 5 person show up, ask them to cancel and book 6 seater.

If rider is eating ice cream, ask them to cancel and book again when ice cream is finished.

If rider is so dirty, u have to make your own judgement.

Fare guarantee less 17. If repeat passenger and fare is big, like rm10, better cancel. RM3 is ok, wont affect much.

My account was re-activated yesterday, this am after doing 15 trips from 6-10am, it got suspended again. This time i guess its permanent banned. Reason is high cancellation. My PAX is really high for the last 3 weeks due to mostly bad b2b matching.

First of all, they removed the BA requirement and reduced the incentives. With the small amount of drivers in city area, they increased the search radius, when riders cancelled, I get the blame. No matter how many times u report to CS on rider cancellation, we still kena.

I have highlighted this issue many times to them but the only action they take is to suspend me, which is never going to solve the problem.

Watch out guys, this thing is definitely not fun. When b2b first started, pings like this has never happened and never have I got ping from 2.5km away at 8am in the morning.

I went to gdc this am and made a plea + wrote email to the dlr team. Also, i sent message to sean goh linked.in account. Not sure if they will pay attention. If this kind of very minor case can kena permanent banned, susah la. U guys try to drive 60 hours a week with 80% pick up from KL City, sure alot of PAX.

Based on the 10 months history, I have completed almost 7000 jobs, DAX 600+, PAX 1000+.

Yes, every case is different dept. Customer experience is on. CR is one. AR is one. Cheating case is one also i guess.

Ya la, if I cheat riders $ or if I click pick up & drop off on grabpay without actually completing the ride, kena permanent banned, nevermind la. I deserve it. This one rider cannot wait for drive and calx, i also kena. Some rider, already agreed to wait 10min, we made effort to go, still kena cancel. Some, 3 seconds after we accepted, kena cancel straight away. We also kena.

During the refresher class, we did ask how to stop PAX, they also cannot answer. Really susah. Last time there is no such thing as PAX.

Ya la. True. This am alone, 6-10am, i did 15 trips. In my mind, sure can hit rm550 nett... but at 10ish while having break, my app deactivated already. I will be having permanent break.

If u guys want to play incentive, come to my place. Ampang & KL. Once u get into KL, just stay there, dont accept any trip going out of KL. UThant, KLCC, Bukit Ceylon, Ampang Park, Hampshire, MyHabitat, Kampung Baru, Masjid Jamek, these are all the morning hotspots for RM3-RM6. One place to avoid is Putra because when u get there, u end up getting ping from Regalia Residence which is so hard to get in during peak hours. That place is a shithole.

11am-5pm, stay anywhere in KL and u still can do 4 trips an hour. All under RM6. Avoid going out until it is past 5pm.

This is my Friday SOP.

Somebody's gotta take my place and earn that easy RM300 nett friday incentive. There is no miracle in my strategy. What I did is I controlled my radius. Same goes during weekend. Try to come to ampang on saturday afternoon, really not many drivers there, u will end up driving nonstop no break for 5-7 hours within a 3-5km radius.

U guys still have a few months left to play this. Go grab that 1k/week. It's easy.

Ya, it's quite sad that I have to stop playing this game. I am not sure if they will accept my appeal. But I'm sure something else is coming up. Life's like that. Things happen for a reason. But indeed driving grab can change the life of people. Traffic jam was my greatest enemy, but now it is my closest friend. Lol.

They will fine whatever reasons to stop us. That day at GDC, one driver been driving for 2 years, kena permanent banned because driving style not proper e.g. sudden brakes

Im still hiding in my cave, thinking of the next thing to do. Kena banned like this 2k/week side income not many opportunities out there. Still thinking.

Just now i took a grab from house to changkat. 2 minutes before arrival, driver got a ping from kl tower to klcc. Few seconds, rider cancelled on him. I laughed and told driver, i got banned because of that. He panicked. Haha

Only if grab doesnt go bust.
