I think I have to gantung kunci liao. Attended the refresher class for high cancellation. 180 drivers were there, no joke. Some drivers have really high cancellation like 40%. Some of us like me, below 10% also kena. We were in total darkness. The joke part is the trainers were not even aware that we got the message.on DAX and PAX. They are also not sure how this works. But they said they will only count DAX. Some drivers Cr 5% also kena.

And then after the class, I got a message from grab saying my account is suspended for 5 days due to rude behavior. My DR went up to 4.93. Rude what? Called CS none of them can tell where was wrong. Randomly suspending drivers. I easily deliver over 200 trips per week, maintain a rating well above 4.8, if 1 rider complaint about me being rude because I cannot make a detour or because 1 rider complaint because I cannot wait for him and cancelled the trip, then grab is a not a company to be associated with. They call us partners but they dont listen to their partners. You do 1000 good, nobody remembers but when you are accused to do 1 bad, nobody forgets.

I guess it's time to find something else to do. Same goes to all other drivers here.

Yes, I know I'm fucking good at playing incentive. I know that grab will not be able to sustain if they have 5000 drivers like me. I knew this from the very beginning. Things were never like this before. If they cannot afford to pay incentives, in the first place, dont offer a platform to work on. Don't give guarantee just to attract drivers. Perhaps this is how grab game the drivers. They know that they cant make money from drivers like me. The smart drivers, they want to kick out. I guess those who stay are the stupid one. LOL, no offense ya to the drivers here. But this is how things work in Malaysia. Siapa yang bodoh, naik tinggi tinggi. Yang pandai2 dapat straight As in SPM, can't even get a seat in local uni.

Incentives already transferred to maybank acc earlier this morning and I did a RM200 cashout yesterday. All in buddy.

If i really want to be rude to riders, I wud've beaten up those nasty riders. I've got muscles, real muscles. On top of doing grab, I have a fulltime job, still able to hit the gym 1 hour almost 5 times a week. I deadlift 180kg, I squat 150kg. How u think the mapren never tried to mess up with me?

That rider that I cancelled on yesterday because his friend didnt turn up after 10mins, told me "go fucking cancel it, you're such a pain in the ass" and he slammed the door. If i want to beat him up, I cud've done so but I believe in work ethics. I reported to CS but I guess they did nothing. It bounced back.to me. The rider must've complaint.

Perhaps we can catch up for a beer or at least a cup of tea? If it is beer, it will be on me. We can plan.

It was fun, but all good things must come to an end. and with an end, there is always a new beginning.

Come, lets plan.

I dont drive on the west side on town e.g. PJ. From my experience, KL city is the hottest but u need to learn how to enjoy the traffic. Then other areas, Ampang, Maluri, Pandan, Brickfields, Bangsar, Sentul. I have only been once to Kajang, last trip of the day, RM35. after that trip, I went to Sate Haji Samuri, spent all that RM35. Hahahahaha.

Ever since grab removed the busy area requirement, alot of drivers left KL. U want demand, u come to kl. Before I started grabbing, traffic jam was my worst enemy, but now its my best friend. I can never forget, KLCC to Pavilion, 1 hour 40 minutes. Fare was RM11, guaranteed earning RM35. Rider tipped me with RM10. It's still way better than waiting at Petron Bandar Baru Bangi for 2 hours and get nothing.

During the cancellation class.i had this yesterday, I asked them twice, about this. Pick up rider at 9.15am, and then u off available, drop off at 9.30am, incentive still jalan during that 9.15-9.30am. So i I suggested to them, this is one way to reduce passengers cancellation, b2b booking. Because most of the time, we get b2b right after clicking Pick Up and then rider cannot wait, they cancel and they simply put Driver Asks To Cancel.

Come come, we can plan...no more teh tarik..its beer time. Hahaha

I used to sell industrial engines, diesel, german, Deutz. One tip, an engine is as good as the person who maintains it. I driver a kia. Almost 3 years, no problem except the steering rack, blame it on all our bumpy roads. This happened only when I started grab. Good thing its under unlimited 5 year warranty.

Ya, the b2b is fucked. They gaming drivers... they want to confuse u to ignore the trip. But when u accept and rider cancel, they send u warning SMS because of high PAX. Really really kaninabuchaocibye.

Ya, i am.very sure there is dummy/ghost bookings on purpose to affect our AR/CR. Fucking shit, simply.put location, foreign number but i still call, use promo, waited there 15min nobody turn up. I dont believer a singaporean would do that.

Dont do full time. Grab can change their t&c any time. They also can ban u anytime. But, u can always be an opportunist. U see someone throwing RM2b into grab, yes u shd go grab that money, but dont rely fully on it. When that money runs out, things will change. Like now, I don't think they have much $ left
they must have been bleeding hence the cut in incetive and suspending drivers. Some more they suspend me on Thursday evening knowing that it's heavy incentive on Friday where I could earn RM300 nett just on incentive.

correct, if no part timers incentive drivers, flexi drivers also susah, the shorts trips request all bounce to them and then affect AR. No stupid flexi drivers want to take RM4 GS trip and drive for 30mins from idaman residence to pavilion. only silly incentive driver like me will do that.

This is gaming drivers... hahahaa. Why we all so stupid kena gamed like this?

They still can call grab and for every cancelled trip, they still can give feedback. They just cannot rate the driver.

Hahaha, this is gaming driver. They confuse u to accept the trip, but when u accept either DAX or PAX will go up. Hahahaa... pity u become a gaming victim. I tot i was the only one. I was at ampang jaya, got ping from pj. Hahaha
