Got 3 type of drivers for Grab:
1. Insentive driver
2. Fare driver
3. Don't know anything driver

You can be Fare Driver. Yes, it is really like taxi driver style. You pick and choose which trip you want to take. You fell not worth it then dont accept. You got 15 seconds to decide everytime you receive a ping. Fare Driver will accept any big amount ping like RM30+, KLIA trip and genting trip. Outstation do not accept. it is not worth it.

Aim: Mansuhkan ignore/cancellation fee..

Objektif: Tujuan program bukanlah bertujuan membungkuskan "the company". Sebaliknya cuma mahu menegur pihak "the company" bahawa "the company" harus mendengar keluhan pekerja yang menyumbang dalam menaikkan nama GRAB sehingga ke tahap sekarang.

Perlu diberi perhatian bahawa pihak driver yang :-
-spend masa untuk drive
-sanggup tidur dalam kereta
-menggunakan kereta sendiri
-segala jenis maintanance ditanggung sendiri
-jangka hayat dan susut nilai kenderaan di tanggung sendiri
-kenaikan harga bahan api di tanggung sendiri
-menjaga nama baik "the company" sehingga permintaan sentiasa ada walaupun higher price
-sehingga ada yang kemalangan tapi tidak mendapat sebarang pampasan

at the end... pelbagai rentetan keputusan dilakukan tanpa sedikitpun persetujuan pihak yang menyumbang(driver):-
-memansuhkan minimum fare yang dulunya rm7
-klia trip jadi paling murah didunia iaitu rm65(harga lama cube tanye otai2)
-waktu minyak rm1.90 naik rm2.10 sen tambang turun 20 sen
-minyak naik lagi jadi rm2.30 tambang maintain
-dulu tiada minimum kredit,sekarang minimum kredit rm15
-dulu airport trip on the spot masuk promo rm10 untuk kredit driver,sekarang kene tunggu next week.
-dan sekarang.. main fare pon tak boleh ignore?

Sudah 2 minggu driver demi driver dipotong kredit beratus2 ringgit kerana ignore job. Player sentip merasakan player fare ni bangang kerana x join main sentip. come on,dua2 player ada kepentingan untuk grab. Kenapa job kecik banyak masuk kat player fare luar blok sentip? Then rider tak dapat driver sebab driver fare ignore... sebab player sentip berapa kerat je yg online luar blok sentip. Nak bagi semua rider dapat driver memang x agak mustahilla.. player sentip pon akan cube ignore trip jauh selagi rate ignore masih cun.. same je maaaaaaaa....

Kalau semua player fare switch main sentip korang ingat grab akan bagi brape je untuk sentip hasil dari 20% trip rm3,rm4 yg menjadi kegemaran? silap2 grab buat lucky draw je sentip sapa yang akan disangkutkan(tak di bayar)

Yang perlu cuma semua sebulat suara,satu matlamat... bersatu je.. supaya masing2 dapat benefit. Kita tidak minta mengarut2 pon.. Driver grab kalau ada 15 orang je dkat malaysia ni,takkan ade passenger yg nak guna grab. set kat otak "saban hari aku boleh dapat penumpang antara sebabnya adalah disebabkan adanya driver2 yang lain,yang turut sama mempopularkan grab ni. kalau aku sorang je driver yg ada,sampai mampus pon pengguna tak tau grab ni wujud"

Player sentip,klu korang dapat support mogok ni,korang the best. memang player sentip kurang terkesan dengan kebaikan harga minyak/ ignore fee. tapi just imagine what gonna happen kalau semua driver switch maen sentip..

Jadi diharap mogok kali ni berjaya. Mogok/boikot 1.0 mungkin kurang berjaya dek kerana ada yang tamak mengejar harta rampasan perang(jumbo peak). hasilnya,dulu player sentip boleh make sure job besar tak masuk dgn maintain kredit tak banyak,tapi sekarang minimum kredit rm15. ke nilai pon boleh kene campak dengan kredit rm15 tu. Fuel save benefit pon boleh berkurangan,maintanance save benefit pon boleh berkurangan,sentip pon boleh berkurangan. padahal korang dah willing nak drive untuk peak hour,hadap jem bagai,busy area bagai..

More trip,more earning.. relevan kalau semua driver pakai kereta company,jangka hayat kereta yang 20 tahun jadi 5 tahun. Kete company,apa nak kesah..

Bukan tak bersyukur,tapi lama kelamaan "the company" seolah-langsung tidak mempedulikan keluhan driver.

kalau semua 100%driver grab uber unite kali ni,korang boleh tengok nanti,bukan grab dgn uber je yang garu kepale. seluruh klang valley boleh meracau aku rase. silap2 ade flight delay sebab pilot lambat sampai,(grab takda/uber surging kaw2 inihari)budak sekolah lambat pergi sekolah ,1000 orang miss flight (grab takda/uber surging kaw2 ini hari),10 000 kakitangan kerajaan lewat datang kerja sebab (grab takda/uber surging kaw2 ini hari),.. come on driver.. nowadays peranan korang besar kot. kalau semua unite,silap2 korang boleh manipulate riders sekali. silap2 riders pon akan fight supaya ignore/cancellation fee ni dimansuhkan sebab diorang pon susah bila driver fed up... kalau kali ni kita mampu manipulate rider sekali,anda semua memang ohhsemm...

p/s: Tak nak unite,nak online jgak,tunggu ar fake booking. bior punah sentip korang seminggu. team fake booking akan bersiap sedia untuk kasi ajar anda2 yg tamak. kita perang sama2. benefit kita dapat sama2.

Kenapa lambat sangat kene tunggu sampai khamis epan baru nak buat?? Kite bagi mase untuk "the company" pertimbangkan usul kita ni. JIKA mansuh sebelum khamis depan,MAKA pogram mogok ini secara automatik terbatal.

Kepada hantu2 Grab yg ada,nak report akau saya,reportlah.. akaun fb ni pon nama sebenar seperti di dalam IC. Akaun grab saya daftar guna IC. Nama sama. Letih dah mengadu di bahagian khidmatp pelanggan. Jawapan semua typical menteri.. so,kit cube cara ni guys...

Memang kejam grab buat kat driver mcm ni. Bawa teksi lg bagus, trip boleh pilih, short trip blh caj puluh2 ringgit, klau tourist caj ratus2. Mana ada sape nk kacau.

It is not how many hours you drive. It is how many effective hours you drive.

I clocked 30 hours (30 blocks) last week. Total 65 trips. Fare + incentive = RM1k+ (already minus 20% Grab commision). This is per week.
I know majority of the drivers do not know what they are doing. Neither incentive neither fare. Neither flexi neither pro/ambassador.

HP, UP and MP. just strike out 30 blocks will get RM1k already.
if aim 2k, just take 60 blocks per week.

This is only 8-9 hours per day. At stated your friends driving 12 hours and cannot even get 5k per month.
With this lesser hour, you are getting 8k+ per month (because every month is 4 weeks plus).

Calculation not included fuel. Only deducted the 20% Grab commission. Axia is the most worth it car to drive at the moment.

nope. Grab system is there. You will not get the same riders back to back unless you are in ulu area like semenyih and you are the only driver and the only rider requesting.

if you don't believe, after press drop, just ask the passenger to request again. tested many times before, the system will always go to other drivers.

system will read Rider A and Rider B. no problem. you will not be caught gaming. system read 2 different passengers.
