Serious Uber pay better than grab?

i'm at Taipan USJ from 12noon. Waited til 1250noon only get a ping near Taipan LRT. What happen yaa? so less ping

incentive juz in..hope no more so call deductions

Grab will sent 1 email to you 1 day after you received incentive.
But not in detail, just a summary.

the problem is the exactly location.
unless u dont mind write down 1 by 1 again.

With current condition (traffic jam, problematic riders, fuel price) if without incentive nothing can attract driver and we will become welfare driver. And we cannot maximize the incentive earning by doing both platform at the same time.

1) Delay in Payout is Common in Grab

2) Delay in Solving your problems is Common in Grab

3) Inaccurate Payout is VERY COMMON in Grab

4) Apps assigned lucrative short trips to Grab Fleet and ambassador is common ... Chicken Feeds to the Grab Pro and Grab Flexi

5) Grab Payouts are Final and no disputes are entertain  is VERY Common

6) Grab Take Care of their Riders More than Drivers are Very Common

and the lists goes on.

Recently I realized I need to wait until 30 min only get 1 ping. Last Monday i had open the apps at 7pm but need to wait until 7.30pm only get 1 ping. My location at busy area LRT and setapak area. Is the apps issue or really no bookings? Cause that day i keep off on and even restart my phone. (wasted the online time    )

anyone facing same issue like me?
