I was using debit card to link the auto payment and the system actually charged me RM1 for 4 times...

It's really deducted RM1 x 4 times.. webe told this is the system issue (ipay88), that's all..

Tend to save rm2/month and ended up rugi rm4 for the "I FIRST TIME HEARD ABOUT YOUT ISSUE".

Every farking problems=Pls farking screen shoot your farking problems and farking send to out farking email.

Every problems solution=the same=send email. What's the purpose of having helpline or so called live chat (no response1)

Hopefully we get our money back, I don't care it's rm1 or rm100. They couldn't charged customers for no reason which againts their official statement in website.

Hi I just received the bill, the card that linked to auto payment doesn't "pay yet"? Gonna wait until 5th of each month?
