Bought 2tb seagate from Lazada. Packaging okay, physically looks okay.

windows initialize = i/o error.
try 3 different computer - same result
swap power wires, cable - same result.
Is this valid reason for return?

Realized I put in wrong zipcode digit in my shipping address- called CS but the person not able to resolve - asked to cancel - say can't - because its shipped - but today holiday. Later say - ask me to contact courier company , when i asked who is the courier company - say Lazada express- ask for phone # - they say they don't have....later say they will put note - but I got update item is now shipped via POSLAJU

Wonder if POSLAJU will ship to the correct address even thought zipcode is wrong...building name ( office address) , jalan name, city name is correct .

Nothing much to lose except time, n some heartache. For their mistake u all won't be penalized any fee. Don't expect compensation or apologies fr Clickasia. This time if they repeat this fiasco boycott them, otherwise congrats to u all for getting a good deal. I was one of the victim in August.
