Hi guys, I'm new to the thread. I want to purchase my laptop through lazada and Im wondering if any of you can give some good recommendation and give some tips to save more for my next purchase. Budget not too high around 2k, I'm currently eyeing on the HP envy.   

Just received my laptop from lazada using Skynet today. Bought using the fireworks voucher. Luckily even though a bit slow compared to the others, the package is well sealed and nothing is missing.

For 2.4k, the acer swift 3 is awesome. Worth it.

Never buy Samseng aircon, change control board within 1st year cos technician can't figure out d problem, luckily under warranty otherwise would cost half an Aircon.

Just make a complaint to lazada that parcel never arrive. Let lazada sort it out with poslaju.

Later lazada will give you option either refund or replacement.

Earliest lazada if not mistaken got this function. But shipping cost would go up to RM30 for one unit of smartphone.

My personal opinion nothing wrong with it as long it doesn't exceed 1.5years it is ok.
Check your current old tyre which almost need to change on your car, I bet it is 2014/2013 or older tyre. It is still operable. And further more, the warranty from manufacturer not even ended yet before you need to change the old tyre to new 1. Local manufacturer usually give 5 years warranty from purchase date, michelin give 6 years.
To share a funny story from industry friend where a customer is ok with the week 1 2016 tyre but totally cannot accept the last week of 2015 tyre, it's like once over 23:59:59 31/12/2015 the tyre will directly turn to shit

I had email replies from 3 different CS and all 3 gave me different answers. Frankly, I don't think they even know what's the root cause or care about it.

You can't check the courier service of the seller I believe currently.
