Oh yeah, my house has two accords so I can tell you that if the cars are maintained carefully, the only thing you need to worry is about handling the car when VTEC is engaged.

As for the ones sold in Malaysia, I've not seen any faulty gearbox that has been confirmed by Honda. I personally drive a 1997 SV4. I shift the gear box alot but also change the ATF alot to make sure it doesn't burn. |
