recentlyi get many things from various seller....as long is pos laju.....all show unable to delivery , collect at branches...and not even a notice was given like last time..,..in system ask me call them..........i spend hours and hours call them cannot get thru............i'm gonna call them until they pick up i will freaking complaint them

Really?? I thought poslaju is the best..I always prefer poslaju, never wanna take GDex, but nowadays GDex is good as well, they now respond faster and send faster..

Poslaju somehow becomes as slow as normal mail. It is like no priority given.

C'mon courier supposed to be express service like deliver on the next day. But my recent experience with various courier agent prove otherwise.

Citylink is the more reliable one so far, at least their customer service bother to call up clarify stuff on unclear addresses etc.

Same here, I straight go maki lazada not to use Pos Laju next time in the future, they always fail to deliver, twice! and compare to GDEX, some more the ONLY POS LAJU branch is at the town which cost me 25 minutes just to go and 25 minutes to get back, it sucks when I paid for the postage I expected the to be delivered to me instead of me pick it up which cost rm2 parking and fuel.

i don't think they are lazy...it just that...Jamal call them to come to baju merah gathering... that's why la your item cannot deliver..get it in poslaju office.

normally when thinngs are cheap ramai people want and use it. so poslaju wont have enough resources to handle.
but gdex mahal. less people want. so u get privellege package

Ive got 2 cases where my parcel returned to sender. I dont even know when did they came to deliver the item bcos they dont even leave any 'unable to deliver' slip in my mailbox for me to self pick at the center. Few years ago, poslaju was the best.. Now, down the drain..

problem is without the slip aka notice is very troublesome to collect it my self
ya no notice, no call no press door bell and i believe they dont even went to the apartment and attempt to delivery.....just lazy and put address unavailable bull shit

I see..so far I got no issue with poslaju. The courier very kind n helpful actually. When Im not home they will call me ask where are you, and then I just tell them Im in campus, then later on they come to my campus n give me the item..thats why I think they r the best..

or just use DHL, so far the service really is bestest

Undelivered, straightly dump my stuff into Self collection centre.
Assume everyone has a car can travel conveniently, that place is 5 km from my stay and i have to spend 40-50 min bus ride / way

I see, then I think GD ex is better..but I dislike GDex because their cust service never pick up call

now pos laju also la i been calling since yesterday til today.....

at least gdex is better :-

1) leave delivery fail note
2) call me after they leave the delivery fail note to re-arrange to re-send again
3) self pick up less hassle...although their office in sunway is abit hard to fine (use waze will do)

I am not sure, but when I have my headphones delivered by Pos Laju months ago, it was all okay. Maybe there's some problem?

Since I moved to bukit jalil (condo), poslaju never once sent up although I always had people at home.

They just drop notice the in mail box.

In other states (landed house) they are okay.

Is there somewhere we can complain about this?

poslaju at my housing area - I waited, didn't even know when they came.

all I found is "we came, you were not home, please collect at post office" card when i opened door to go lunch, inserted between gap.

TaQ Bin also same. I have one pending delivery since end of October. Website keep saying attempting delivery.

But until today no delivery. Lol.

I just got my Poslaju parcel.
No issues.

Maybe recently there's rain so some deliveries would be unsuccessful.

1st Nov give to poslaju, today delivered. complaint 2 days ago.

I dun expect delivery so fast as what they claim can reach tomorrow. But this time really make me angry.
I ask them u charge me but u didn't do a good job, should i entitle half of the refund. They say no such thing.
Like that they can do their own sweet time lah like no service agreement exist.
