ya, i'm very agree wif u bout the speaker...The sound quality is just plain and sharp only, if w850 can get a 9/10, this one i think can only get 5/10....
now, let's me write some review bout this phone after a 48 hours use...
1st of all, the shape, or the apearance of the phone is undoubtly class and cool, but this depend oso on individual, those who like it will love it like hell but those who hate it will never look at it 2nd time. The front panel is made of metal, and the back panel is made of rubber... it is nice when holding the rubber, it provide a lot of grip. one thing i wanna comment is the sim card slot, it is like slot in an atm card into an atm machine, but left out 1/2 of the simcard outside for u to take it out. this is damn hard when u wan to pull it out, no place u can hold but just use ur tumb to get it out, it's all depend the gripping btw ur tumb and simcard! It is damn hard for me...
2nd, The button...surprisingly, the button is not as bad as u all thought...It provide enough space for u to press, u can hardly press wrongly...But i face a bit problem in pressing the d-pad...it is small and u will misspress sometimes.
Overall, this phone is superb, but lacking some function. The heating issue never happen on my phone. I talked 1 hour++ without feeling the heat. AND finally, believe me, the REAL PHONE IS NICER THAN THE PICTURE...see it urself! For those who prefer classy looking and slim phone, and can sacrifice some speaker quality, this w880 is specially made for u!!

ya la, ap is 1.2k++, i doubt midland set will drop so fast.

There is some improvement after the FW update, but not very obvious, there are still some lagness when type sms in chinese.

the lagness is almost like the w850, but serious a bit...

ya, me oso, seldom type it in chinese, damn ma fan! still prefer english. BTw, anyone know any accessories for this baby? does a ipod nano pouch fit this?

i don think the front camera allow u to take picture, it is for video call only. i usually put a mirror in front of the phone and take BTW, u shouldn't buy this phone if self portrait is tat important to u... But this phone really rock!
