Hey Maxshit

I wanna port out since last week. You deny my request say I still have a supplementary line. I don't have a supplementary line. I called your customer service and they say they confirm I do not have supplementary line and indeed the port out request was blocked because Maxis says i have a supplementary line. Reference number C18356140.

UMOBILE sent me message saying my request to port was again deny by MAXSHIT?! Why isn't this issue fixed yet?!?!?!? Who's going to reimburse my expensive bill since last week?

Same crap as mine. I am porting out to Digi. Paid the RM29.XX to Digi and failed to port our because Maxis said I have a bad debt record. I have paid up all my outstanding bills and everything. WTF? Being a loyal customer for so many years and paying premium price and what I get is being labeled as bad debt record and don't let me port out. What a crap.

I noticed that when Digi did the porting for mine, they can see if my number is tied to contract or if have any outstanding with my previous telco so I don't know about your case, I assume Digi would have seen if there is an issue with your request.

Yes. But have paid up everything including the penalty. And still they reject the porting out. I guess they want to suck your bill for another month or two. ThebDigi sales person here also face palm.

Why don't you guys change from Postpaid to Prepaid first, then only port out?
Prepaid number got no debt. All on credit.

Our family has been with you (Maxis) for very long time and my bro has been with u since day one. I'm trying my utmost best to be civil as I'm writing this.

2 days ago, we ported to UMobile (3lines). Yesterday you still send us each a text to confirm our requests to leave with a 6 hrs deadline. We were out working at that time aware that mum, Chinese educated grandma, we tried to brief her over the phone on how to reply your text in English but because she was unable to reply "YES" in capital you did not complete her phone line to port to UMobile.

WHY DO WE NEED TO CONFIRM FROM YOUR TEXT THAT WE ARE LEAVING WHEN WE HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENT!

Is this another way to hold back your customers? 2 out 3 have already complied to your text request. So why stop my mum's line from porting? We are all in one account! I hope it will be completed by today as promised by your CS.

FYI, UMobile don't have 4G at our place but we still decide to port bcos you don't treat your customers fairly!

At least they cannot say that you still have outstanding payments not yet settled.
Prepaid you owe them nothing.
