want avoid jam get 4speed lc135. no need to bother about clutch. can squeeze into any small gap. can speed and overtake with confidence. and of course less power compared to 150cc kapcai. 250cc beginner sportbike not really for avoiding jam.

So yeah. dont believe with ur kapcai meter. 250cc also got error around 10-5kmh depend on ur speed
