Liverpool’s attack was so good yesterday every time they had the ball I thought they were going to score.
Costel Pantilimon must be dreading when he knew he needed to replace Gomes. “Of all the moment, why now?”

Same as in if Watford is holding the ball, I feel like we going to concede ..

Natural feelings ...

Poor decision on late sub
Coutinho n firmino... shittest ever game I have seen

Cant blame them much. Just came back from international.
But yeah. They should have scored given the chances they have. Its just not our day.

One point out of 6 points in our recent game.
Given our form prior to this, we should have gained 6 points and not just a point. Frustration and disappointed but never doubt on our attacking with Mane, Firmino and Lallana. Without Coutinho, Firmino just look loss and with Sturridge still out, we will be sticking with Origi. Now its not about keeping clean sheet anymore,
Its about not being over scored by the opponent when we are leading.

but but last time Jose tactic nullified our attack

Its a home game for the scum and I don't think Jose will set up the team defensively against us.

Hopefully, Coutinho will be back asap and have a few minutes of game during next week cup game then he is good to go for the game against manu.

Mane definitely a huge loss and glad we have Sturridge back ( Not sure when he is out after the injury against Sunderland ) .

And we definitely need Hendo back in the first team game as his absence is clearly missed when we have Can in the holding midfield.

Big doubts for Kloop as who should be starting as the pairing centre back. Lovren with Matip or Klavan. I am impressed with Klavan performance so far since he had been quite decent from the few games that he started.

As for the gk, Karius probably will get the start in the cup games after been losing the spot to Mignolet. Am hoping for Mignolet to get the nod ahead the start against ManU .

When Coutinho was subbed into the pitch, my gawd .. He nearly made an instant assist to Firmino but the chance was wasted by Bobby.

He DID make instant impact, our offense came alive and we looked like we could get the 2nd.

That shot from Firmino is really really poor.  bangwall.gif

Definitely agree that our offence came alive when Coutinho is being sub in to replace Origi . IMO, Origi has a decent game and he did really well to hold up the ball and probably thats the reason Kloop prefer to use Origi ahead of Sturridge. Should we have Coutinho in the starting line up alongside Firmino instead of Origi , will we play much better ? Probably not as Coutinho just came back from injury and Kloop probably would not like to risk our key player against a mid table club .

Origi over Strurridge is spot on. The latter would give away possession that in turn put pressure on our defense. Origi did well most of the times.

Cout on the bench is understandable. Only around 30 mins after recovering from injury. Too much of risk. Could almost see that he tried not to go in too hard at times, not that it's to be blamed. The fact that we play so much better when he came on is the bigger problem.. sweat.gif

Sturridge probably has the better and more clinical finishing than Origi but given Klopp probabbly prefer someone who could hold up the ball in this game and not to lose possession on counter attack, Orgi has been given the nod.

I thought Sturridge will be sub in when Coutinho is being brought to replace Origi but its not the way it seems. And Klopp only made one change compared to the scum team who made three changes.

Should Kloop bring in Gomez and protect the 1 nil lead when we are approching close up to 75 to 80 minutes ? Given Gomez had a pretty good game in the previous game and introducing him probably we are able to get out of old trafford with 3 points.
