hello guys, i've just got my ikwan visa petronas card last month, had pumped in two different petronas station using the card on weekend. But when I receive my statement today, there is no cashback on the petrol pumping at all. Can anyone explains on how does it work? I didn't go to counter for payment, just insert to the card reader at the pump island.
