i'm currently holding Maybank 2 Card (Visa/Amex), and currently enjoying cash rebate 5% from Amex for weekend expenses. however my spending every month almost 2k, but Amex limit the 5% cash back to rm50, which means it max out when i spend rm1000. i'm thinking of getting the Ikhwan credit card so that i can get 5% cashback on the balance spending after the first rm1000 on amex. will I still get the 5% ? or will maybank say oh no, cannot.... any idea ?
