Does Saturday make a diff for Amex? I tot online everyday is cashback for Maybank Ikhwan Amex

If my MBB AMEX physical card missing,
can i call for replacement? will they charge?
or said rosak or whatever so will not be charge fee for replacement?

I was surprised that the cashback for my Ikhwan Amex was posted even before my first statement was generated. Does the cashback for Ikhwan Amex get posted on the same date every month, regardless of the statement date?

I suggested to CS better remove RM100x2 permanently.
RM50x12 won't make Maybank Card Centre, CS, IT and customers feel upset in the future.
