ain't it alot cooler if the liquid has colour? at least can see the colour from the multioption tube.
*
cooler yes..but one must remember to do some servicing later, 6 months interval maybe or whenever notice a drop in system performance..these dyes or uv leave gunk especially on the cpu block, will hinder performance in the long run if not clean...feser got that bi-distilled water with all in'em anti algea, anti corrosion, less conductive, havent personally tried it though ... smile.gif

Added on February 20, 2010, 10:34 pmadditional rad is always good, but, space constraints is always a nuisance...so if u factor-in that, i'm guessing its mono e mono, thicker rad with a matching cfm ...\gains may not be significant as adding rad, but who woud argue if you got space issue..

lichyetan bro, was looking back again at ur setup, curios though, if u put the flow meter on inlet to cpu, wouldnt that an additional restriction to the flow before the block ? why not after the block before the res ?
have u calculated your head yet ?

Skinee did a review a while back so im guessing u cud use its SwiftechMCR320Estimator to have a rough estimate, all'ya need its the heat load in watts. its crude, but it'll make guessing a bit easier...

From my previous experience on the MCR-220, it's around 5C or so. That's the good thing about trying things out ourselves instead of relying on reviews which are sometimes inaccurate laugh.gif
*
lol...tell that to them skinees and the lot...they use the word estimate a lot, dont think they ever aiming for being accurate though(u r talking about 100% accuracy rite...), just enough for "estimates", like for references and stuff...is not rocket science dude.. cool2.gif cool2.gif cool2.gif

how much would my cpu temp increase if i add mobo+mosfet and gpu blocks on my existing loop? MCP320QP only. any idea?
*
way i see it...reviewers test in a control environment, based on community agreed standards...but us, we are not reviewing, is just plain fun, a hobby of sort...so long as we follow the general rule, the build is cool, temp is acceptable, and thats that...i tried not to be too caught up with numbers as such, thats too much work for me... smile.gif

skinee sometimes do lousy review also...

the primochill typhoon reservoir, at first i trust it, but after read it at real raid raider forum, realize lot of people suffering from it...  rclxub.gif
*
hahhaha..yeah i forgot bout that review, was doing some research on it awhile back, but the doubling up thingy fail to make sense period!I thought it was an unfair comparison with the other tops..sad.gif (...or am i'm missing something), was skeptical bout it, thats why never stock up on it smile.gif...didn't went to rrr though...

bro, wondering whether u cud estimate ur head with that flow meter..? have u done it ?

i didnt use the typhoon reservoir, i think tht flow meter is inaccurate... i didnt really used it to estimate anything, i use it as a safety gear to let me know whether my loop is flowing onot, my fan controller will sound alarm if rpm at 0...  laugh.gif
*
thanks dude, inaccurate arr..hmm i'm guessing, if the flow meter cud produce flow estimates, i cud use the available head vs flow graph and plot my current head, providing a benchmark for further improvement to the loop by reducing restriction and increase the flow value .... i'm guessing the value doesnt have to be correct so long as the improvement done produce a beter value...a sort of counter checking the work..
but unless u mean the flow value never stick ?

i think i need to add flow meter too, 'coz after i installed the anti-cyclon on EK reservoir i didn't see the strong flowing anymore.. hence i didn't know either the water moving or not biggrin.gif

but the great news, there's no bubble trap at the top of the water in the reservoir.  thumbup.gif

aik, your original res dunhav the anti cyclon blink.gif ... ok la bro, kita bulk koolance, the flow meter, i need 2, u 1, reiben the grill, who else want sumthing from koolance?, we pool it up and borong there one shot !

rite now HWLab Stealth is around 3cm thick.....high fpi, need a good rpm to get the best of it...not much of a performance rad though due to its thickness..if u need better performance, always go for a thicker rad...mount it outside if u have to tongue.gif

ok...its one of the most exciting unboxing of all....HWLAB people !!

the GTX gen2...kidck all others behind...raping them blind

the GTS gen2...slimmest rad hand down...<3cm thick...good for beginner and enthusiast alike...fit it all case !!! here are the previews....

again bro...one of the best unboxing for me...biggrin.gif forgive the bad shoot, one should hold'em in one hands to realy appreciate the beauty..so behold people...

basically these are from manufacturing line, so there are time when the end product are missed by QC...but thats why the market need local distru to handle any qc issue and RMA's...user can contact the manufacturer tech support too and manufacturer will instruct local distru to follow up...
as for maxk issue...gimme some pictures bro..and i'll talk to eddy about it...
