this is my 1st time setup for watercooling......  sweat.gif
actually there is gc waterblock but cant put it coz problem with the position !!!  sad.gif

*
Bro, if i were you, i will only use the CPU waterblock.
Why?

Coz that will make you're processor run cooler.
And you know you'reself that the processor is the most important part in a pc, and that's the highest temperature producer... smile.gif

My advise for you is, take out the northbridge waterblock, then use back the original northbridge heatsink...

This way, you can keep you're processor run cooler... wink.gif

To watercooling experts, kind to help me in watercooling a bit?

Now, i'm using "Air Suling" [can't remember the name in english sweat.gif ] for my watercooling loop.

1st question:
How do i make the water turns to UV green?
Is there any Car Coolant that meets the specification to turn my "Air Suling" to UV Green?

2nd question:
What's the measurement for mixing the water with the car coolant? blink.gif

Help me guys... icon_question.gif

Got bored with the transparent colour... sweat.gif
That's why i want to turn it to UV Green... wub.gif

***Please don't tell me to get those UV Green tubes... sweat.gif

hi guys.. im new with watercooling.. currently im planning to buy a watercooling set, i would lik to get some recommandation which brand/modal to buy and wat i wan is to cool down my proc and my vga. any brand is the most easiest to install and not consume alot of space?
*
You want to ask for everyone's opinion, you have to state your budget first, otherwise people can suggest even the most expensive watercooling set to you that would reach RM2K

So, state your highest budget. smile.gif

budget rm400 or cheaper.. rm2k too exp la.. im not super oc user..
*
You won't get anywhere with that kind of budget.
For RM400, you can only get those crappy bigwater watercooling kit.

But, rather than spending your money on that bigwater watercooling kit, better use your money on a high end air cooling heatsink. laugh.gif

Those TT Bigwater & CM Aquagate is just a waste of money.
So don't buy it.

the TT big water SE seems nice but i think not good as high end fan cooler right? so wats the diff of temperature both of this??
*
A Thermalright Ultra 120 aircooling heatsink can beat the crap out of the TT Bigwater.

And the Ultra 120 can cool your processor at least 5 - 10 more than that stupid TT biwater.

QUOTE(vailance @ Mar 8 2007, 02:24 AM)
wat kind of prob will occur? few month later? if pump prob hav to buy new set again ?

edit: i saw ppl reviewed, after few month the pump will come out alot sound .. buzzing sound .
*
Dead.
The pump is a chapalang pump.

It'll be dead easily.

As i've said earlier, if you really want to go for watercooling, fork out at least RM600, then PM uglyvamp for a budget starter kit of Swiftech Watercooling kit.

guys.
can i replace the stock pump for TT big water SE with other better 1?
if yes wat brand? uglyvamp has some and can it be used?
*
Can't you please listen to what everyone is saying?
It's not just about the Bigwater Pump, it's about the whole set.

Owh well, if you insist on taking that stupid, worthless, watercooling kit, up to you.
But don't be mad at me when i laugh at you when you know for yourself that watercooling kit is useless.

Have you not paying attention at what everybody is saying about bigwater WC kit? shakehead.gif

Comparison Between TT Bigwater Se Watercooling Kit & Thermalright Ultra 120 Aircooling Heatsink
*Used both on my Pentium D 930 overclocked to 4GHz

Bigwater SE: Idle: 56degrees
Ultra 120: 48degrees

Now then, you choose for yourself.
Seriously, i repeat again, if you seriously want to go for watercooling, fork out more money at least RM650

That RM400 bigwater watercooling kit is not even better than a RM200 Thermalright Ultra 120 Aircooling heatsink.

You want watercooling?
Fork out more money.
If you can't do that, then don't even dream of getting into watercooling. huh.gif

Got 1 shop selling CM Aquagate RL-HUC-E8U2 which can cool both at incredible RM399. However, it support up to 940 socket and not AM2. Please advise.
*
Owh, ehm, go buy that one if you're the type who doesn't love your money.
That thing is a piece of crap.

Bro, please recommend a good liquid cooling system which able to cool both my cpu and gpu. Really urgent and really hot.  icon_question.gif
*
Good?
That's a matter of opinion.
If you're really serious in watercooling em gpu & cpu, be ready to fork out RM1K for it.
Else if you can't for em them budget, just stick with aircooling.

Don't just go watercooling because it's watercooling, go watercooling because you really need em and you have enough budget for em. smile.gif

This is a "real" watercooling kit that worth every single penny you spent rather than getting that CM crap.

CPU Waterblock: D-TEK FuZion = RM245
GPU Waterblock: Swiftech MCW60-R = RM199
Radiator: Cool-Trek DP1203 = RM315
Pump: Swiftech MCP655-B (Laing D5) = RM335
Reservoir: Swiftech MCRES Micro = RM90
Tubes: Masterkleer 1/2" ID, 3/4" X10 Feet: RM75

Total: Kira Sendiri.

This is the real deal.
If you can't afford it, then don't bother going for watercooling with those CM or TT thingie.
Just stick with aircooling if you can't afford it.

Yeah, i may sound harsh, but this is the truth. smile.gif

Quad core is really that hot ar ???
I've not used one so kind of shock when saw ur temperature reading ...
I was shock with it ....
if quad core is so hot I really wonder how would 8 cores in the future would be ...
From my experience comparing my previous E6600 & my present Q6600 G0, teh quaddy is a lot cooler compared to the e6600.
Quite shock with the temperature differences though.
As you all know, i'm always on 400X8 @ 3.2GHz since the first day i'm on my first E6600 ES. laugh.gif

Yes, the Q6600 B3 is hot, a lot hotter than the Q6600 G0. [Tested myself sweat.gif ]

And the "CRAP" word is not for you either, it's for the CM Watercooling Kit that you show.

Sorry if you misunderstand it, but that's not my intention.
The CRAP word is solely for the CM watercooling kit, not for you. sweat.gif
