The res is only for testing bro..the tube is just for leaking test only...lolz..

mine sealed properly and i'm using it..no leaking..lolz.. the leaking mostly caused by uneven surface at the edges of the acrylic...it will not contacted properly and cause leaking..

Put it on the top of the top panel..mount it if necessary..
