QUOTE AMD official response: Please be informed that AMD Fluid Motion and AMD Steady Video features are not supported and end of life feature. We are aware that these options may be listed in error on some system configurations in Radeon Settings for Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.7.1 (and later) and will correct this error in a future Radeon Software release. ![]() |

QUOTE(nrw @ Feb 22 2020, 01:57 PM) After having OC'ed the 2070S a while back now it's time to max the 5700XT out... because 5700xt is already oc'd to the max by amd.Pushing the limits More points only if I drop room temp with AC. Unfortunately the Samsung GDDR6 is not that good on this very card. that's why you see all the problems online. you need to underclock and undervolt the card. |

QUOTE(amduser @ Feb 25 2020, 07:44 AM) planning to get the red devil 5700xt since it seems like it has the best cooling and price vs others it's enough.what is the power consumption recommended for 5700xt when playing games? currently i only have 550w 80+ gold psu i dont think it is enough to power the card i'm not going to overclock or run water cooling, just plug and play |

QUOTE(cstkl1 @ Feb 27 2020, 05:29 PM) Yeah so my advice to ppl dont skimp on psu. Try to get a 1kw min highest rating.. full modular.. psu.. they will last. if you get 1kW cap ayam, no point. Most rig a 650w will do..But because of efficiency/power lost/heating of components in da psu.. go 1kw-1.2kw etc.. you'll get an even bigger fireworks. what's important is the components, the capacitor preferably japanese made, the ripple control (you need reviews for this), the power delivery design. if in doubt, get a corsair rm, tx, hx, ax or sf or seasonic. a high tier quality 600W is better than some mediocre 1000W. it all depends on you power draw. try to keep it 50 to 60% of the psu rated at. 1000w rm113 psu. want? haha. https://www.lazada.com.my/products/atx-12v-...1743684175.html This post has been edited by shirohamada: Feb 29 2020, 10:56 PM |

Check out my rx 580 super.
![]() ![]() 2x120mm fans. Wire tied to heatsink. Fan header went into mobo. Of course it only checks mobo temp and not gpu temp. I just set both fans to run at 65% constant. I can see 10C lower temp on load. And it's so much quieter. The old gpu fans were rattling at low speeds. Fine at higher speeds, but it's not as quiet as the new ones and can't get the new temps. Nee fans are id cooling xf12025. Advertised as hydraulic bearing, which is just another copy of fluid dynamic bearing. Why not 92mm? Because cost. I have space to spare. Why not? //update. stock clock 1350MHz 1.03V undervolt 100% gpu 68C. before was 71C. oc 1400MHz 1.08V undervolt 100% gpu 75C, before was 72C because higher fan profile, it was 75% fan speed which is quite loud. underclock 1200MHz 0.95V undervolt 61C. before 71C, this is because of the fan curve. stock voltage 1.15V stock clock, 81C. both tested with noctua nt-h1 thermal paste. if anyone wants to do this, i suggest getting an arctic f9 1800rpm. it should move more air into the fins and probably can run 90% speed with low noise. or id cooling 92mm slim if you don't want to have a 3 slot card. i paid rm18 each for the 120mm, local seller, arctic is rm30 but ships from china.
