Anything that is portable (except the iPhone) has international warranty.

US set cheaper meh? It's odd because with the exchange rates, the US sets should be more expensive than buying it here in KL.

If you're a new user, I suggest you buy the unit here unless U have a sifu that can teach you how to navigate the machine - that way, at least the store in which you purchased the machine from will be able to help you and give you tips

You should also check how old the unit is; and how long the warranty is up till. A new one comes with 1 Year, and U can buy AppleCare for an extended 2 years warranty.
