I sold it to my friend, the phone is under my name so the money they have to transfer to my bank. My friend need it ASAP to buy a smartphone that can challenge or on par with Note7 camera quality.

Been 2 weeks+ I sent the phone. Hopefully next week will get it.

Yours was Samsung. Ours from Telcos/Courts are different. Must wait weeks to get it.

Your issue I read somewhere someone also have problem with that, but after he made fuss in email to Samsung Korea, Facebook and all, within 2 weeks settle already.

I think the fastest way is returning the phone at airport's booth. laugh.gif

I read some forummer here did send an email to Malaysia Consumer Organisation, CFM, CMCF & SKMM.
You can try your luck to hasten the process. See below.
