I received over 1month and 5 day....but the day i received it , that morning i just send email to yes cs complaints and express my disappointment. That nite oso i received the refund. Not sure is coincidence or related to the email i send in or not. Coz i hv mentioned will report to consumer forum Malaysia in my email if the issue not settle
