Totally agree. Sorry, I can be freaking rich but no, Samsung cannot just owe me money and because I'm rich, I'll allow them to take their own sweet time to refund me. Phone returned, money should be refunded asap if not on the spot. Can I tell Samsung that since they're so rich, I can collect the new phone next time and only pay them back 2 months later

If die die need S Pen but can't afford Note 8, then guess no choice Note FE is the one to go. But if S Pen not a must, definitely not worth to pay this price at all for Note FE, way outdated product but similar price to better specs phone (but I do prefer Note FE form factor than Note 8)
