1) Refund for all Note 7 accessories no matter what brand they are as long as I can produce receipts for them.
2) Refund for official Samsung Screen Protector for Note 7 bought before 29th Sept.
3) Provide better compensation similar to official announce in South Korea.
4) Provide better handling of recall (now and future) such as providing loan unit if no exchange unit is available. This will serve as a case study for future recall practice for all companies.

NCCC requires the following from you,
1) Name
2) IC
3) Note 7 IMEI
4) Demands

Since I think most of us would not likely share the their IC out due to privacy concern (I do too). I would suggest that you all send an email to Daniel Jude Yap <daniel@nccc.org.my> personally. He will collectively send our demands to KPDNKK.


To make everything simple, you can use the demands I posted above and edit it to your requirement. Please include the cost and receipts of the accessories you want to claim.

Also, perhaps we should fix a common SUBJECT for the email to be sent to NCCC. How about "Malaysian Note 7 owners' request for Samsung Note 7 recall handling"?

Please take action now to fight for our rights as consumers.

bro, can you help to paste samsung reply to this forum?

I have opt to stay loyal to Samsung and change to S7Edge and regretted after seeing their reply.

It can certainly raise awareness and help the rest to make decisions easier.
