Unfortunately Note FE is not listed in the mySamsung so there is no way you can activate your FE. If there is no way you can activate your FE on mySamsung, does that means you don't get the extra warranty?
Someone better complain to the consumer body.
i am one of the many customers who pre booked the FE. when i picked up the device, the sales girl registered the warranty for me.
like many of ppl here, i get sms stating that only 1 year warranty. i panicked.
i called samsung malaysia. they said the database is not updated yet, call them back in two weeks time to check the database.
now my question is, how do i activate my ownership on mySamsung?
