Hi, im currently using Standard Chartered JustOne Platinum MasterCard Credit Card. Can anyone explain the cash back scheme? Seems like i've been using more than 3 months, still no cashback. In statement Description stated "JOP CashBack +2, amount is 0.00". I spend more than 2.5k in total with mixture of everything. Yet when you scroll the statement to the bottom, theres a column of Cashback Balance with a significant low amount accumulated. Is this not cashback like mbb?

Example spending:
Shopping : 2000 (IKEA)
Petrol : 500 (Shell)
Total : 2500

Cashback:
Shopping (0.2%) : RM4
Petrol (15%) : RM75

Is this the amount of cashback i should be getting?
