Mine due in September, but I didn't want to wait so I submit cancellation with the reason annual fee coming up. The support told me the same thing. Wait until I get charged, make 3 transactions, and submit annual fee waiver.

Only Premier and Priority customers have chat function.

Premier is when you have 100K and above (automatic), Priority is when you have 250K and above (need to apply).

Just wanted to share my experience with their support team. I usually use the in-app chat (9am-6pm) and find them to be very responsive.

Their security is also pretty good. My card was blocked once, and they called me right away to confirm a transaction. Another time, I called them to get it unblocked, and it was handled smoothly with no problems.
