For those who made payment to PTPTN using this card through SC ebanking - JOMPAY, do you get any error with the Biller Code (34975 for Ujrah)?
*
Yes,same issue.I simply try key in the other code Pinjaman Konvensional 96933 and no bil error code comes out but I did not proceed for the payment.

I emailed ptptn ask whether can pay using the 96933 code since Ref1# is unique but they say need use the Ujrah code if ur loan is under Ujrah. (I assume typical answer)

1) How come SCB like that one?Same merchant but different bill code don't support?
2) Anyone has experience just pay using the 96933 code (although ur loan is Ujrah) and successfully received in the ptptn account?

Thanks

Hi,is there border fee if using Master Gold CB or Just 1 Plat on Paypal? If yes,is 1%?
The 1% is charged on the USD amount or charge on the RM amount (after convert from USD to RM)?Any other charges besides border fee?

Eg 200USD spend on Paypal using Master Gold CB,after minus the border fee, still worth it?

Cross border fees are only applicable if it's a foreign payment gateway transacted in RM.

If you are paying in foreign currency, there won't be any cross border fees. If you are paying in RM on a foreign payment gateway, then yes, SC will charge you 1%.
*
In that case, paying USD through Paypal does not incurred border fee since the payment is in foreign currency?

Meaning if I can make the insurance payment auto bill for 1 month, then I can entitle for the RM85 cash back?

If I use Just1 Plat on Paypal (charge in USD) for $610 (just assuming rate is 4.1)
1) This is confirm under online transaction and I can entitle full RM85 cash back?
2) Is there cross border fee charge for this case? (Paypal in USD)
3) Is there any other fees that I should be aware of?

Thanks

1. Yes
2. no, cross border fee because it only apply to foreign country gateway but in MYR. Ur case will foreign transaction bank fees which for SCB will be 2-2.5%.
3. no other fees
*
Thanks for info.
Assuming 2%.Does it mean I will be charged transaction bank fee of $610*2% = $12.2 USD = RM50.02 (assume rate is 4.1).
Thus, the net CB I get is only RM34.98 (RM85-RM50.02) which is only around 1.3% only?

Is my calculation correct?

Thanks

Must spend until RM 1500, but the RM 500 can be petrol & insurance. so The RM 1000 can get full of 5%.

Ok thanks

Hi,

May I know for CB Gold and Just 1 Plat, the CB will confirm follow transaction date and not the posting date?
If spending (transaction) on 30th and 31st Dec,will it be captured under Dec CB as there might be possible posting date late few days.

Thanks

Why not use PTPTN portal to pay that RM 50? Based on the searched results here show payment via PTPTN portal is entitled for SCB Gold cash back.
Someone shared before for other airlines entitled for JustOne cash back but I don’t think anybody has tried for Cathay.

Thanks for info.

Hi All,

May I ask for SCB JOP
1) If I swipe today (31st Oct) but the posting date delay few days due to merchant issue, SCB will still honour the transaction date?

2) Cash back eligibility
Online purchase - RM 1900
Prudential manual pay thru online PruAcess (NOT recurring bill) - RM600
Will this combination consider as RM2500 total monthly spend and thus able to get RM85 max CB?

Thanks
