Called to request waiver for all 3 cards (WorldMiles, JustOne, LFC). Customer service without saying anything just replied OK, waiver has been approved... Nice work SCB

First thing gotta do in the morning of 1st Oct.... Call to terminate LFC card, JOP probably still can maximize the CB monthly. Gonna have to move on

Gotten cash back after revision of JOP... After a phone call with the CS, surprisingly the grocer which is indeed MC5411 listed does not grant me the cash back bloody SCB!  And on 30-Sep-21 done a RM90 petrol also not entitled cause it's effectively 1-Oct-21 as told by CS... In the end RM26 only gotten, SCB too much lah really cut you for good lah |
