Lousy bank, can't get any real person to talk to for some dispute....every month around 2k of standing instruction for insurance, telco etc but they seem don't care ....

transferred all those to other CC now, after confirm all payment transferred, will terminate the card...

also, I have wrote complaint to BNM, doesn't care if it will make any progress, on their absent of human customer service....

all those facing problem, should complaint to BNM too...
