what number did you call SCB? Tried calling the emergency number but I got booted out, as they say this can request be done via the app

I got my card at around July/Aug last year

has anyone tried redeeming their Journey card points into Krisflyer miles? How long does it take to be reflected in the Krisflyer account?

Canceled my Journey card just before they could charge me with SST and annual fee as I did not hit the annual spending for AF waiver.

Surprisingly the card is cancelled 4 days with no retention team calling to offer some free goodies

nope - i cancelled via the mobile app, dont think i could indicate it anywhere without them calling

not the worst when it comes to benefits

but definitely the worst when it comes to customer service
