Since she just got charged, it means her annual date is around Nov/Dec. Starting Nov last year, annual fee must be paid in exchange for a Liverpool jersey.

Government-related transaction is a part of monthly spendings for JOP (ie RM2500 including Govt-related transactions) but not for Liverpool MC (ie RM2000 EXCLUDING Govt-related transactions).

Liverpool is one of the best cashback card

From what I read its the other way round. Just try another CS.

Liverpool card - almost everything except Jompay, FPX, Government-related transactions, Petrol and Insurance.

How to top up?

Spend directly at Aeon / Aeon Big or buy vouchers at Aeon Customer Services, no need to use Aeon Prepaid card.

It use FPX so excluded, but my StanChart's credit cards are not listed for FPX, only Savings account.
