Why is standard chartered not updating their new credit card application offer? The air Asia big points promotion ends on 31 March 17.

1. I received my 1st statement 2 days ago but no monthly cashback was given. It is not even in the reward. Do I expect the cashback to come later or immediate? 2. Is the cashback base on month or by statement date month? Thanks. |

I just made a payment to my credit card account via maybank 2u. The statement is not clear even after several hours unlike public bank which the statement is clear immediately. Does sc only update the payment clearance next day?
