I applied via their website on 29 dec for platinum one. So far no people call me yet but i checked in criss it showed pending by FI. Anyone applied via official online website?

wow. when did you applied? I applied mine in 28th Dec until now no calls or sms but is in ccris system with big fat limit. Wonder why it takes so long. hmmmm

is anyone still holding the rewards 360 cards? If yes what is special? The reason is I still hold the rewards 360 cards since many years ago when they promoted it. Now thinking to cancel the card is not really attractive aside from apple pay wallet integration and the points that I accumulated not worth for redemption also. Take for example, to covert to Airmiles requires about 49000 points for 1000 Enrich points as compared to other banks.. Only good part is the credit limit they gave is high as compare to my other banks..

yeap other than the higher credit limit, I also thinking to cancel it as it is normal card and give way to other card with better benefits.

same the world miles card design at least has some premium-ness but the name of the journey card errrrr...looks like a downgrade and the design is similar as simply cash card design.

those holding SCB card like World Miles did they give 100% Annual waiver? I am currently holding worldmiles and platinum visa thinking if want to cancel since these days nothing special about this card apart from lounge entry...

nope. around 7-8k only for this card. last year didnt charge me. not sure this year haha.

Finally my journey card got annual fee charges. Given my spending for a year is just less than 10k.
1.Tried to waive in apps says not eligible
2.Then i sent request to their mail
3.Waited a day no reply
4.So i called their helpline and directly press fraud line number 1.
5. Spoke to the agent that i want my annual fee to be waived otherwise i just pay and cancel it.
6. First option was given to use my credit limit as cash advance - Reject
7. Then i said look simple here i just want to waive off or otherwise I just pay and cut off
8.She noted and will raise the request for 100% waiver and takes 1 business day.
9. Today i see they already reverse the fee back to my card 😀

The only way is speak to them only and try luck.

i managed to ask them to waive off by calling directly to their e-line and told them I wan waive 100%..if not just proceed cancel. next day approved.. . Been with them since 2018 where used to spent alot back then but now using others. Next year not too sure....other wise if no i will cancel. Only thing good is the CL given is higher alot.

Stick with your ambank and uob as these banks are free for life and waivable Journey is only for the lounge other than that nothing much. Waiver wise may be subject to your luck.

you didnt use totally a cent? Mine sucessfully waived off the annual fee and so far never spend anything on their card yet. Shall see.. Thinking to cancel it but same as you high limit which makes me keep it first. How long you been with them? more than 5 years?

I tried canceling the card but it is greyed out. haha. no outstanding, no autodebit, etc. I wonder why they don't let me cancel. I didn't swipe since June after they waived off the AF for my journey card. Has anyone encounter this?
