Hi,

I received my LFC cashback end of Feb 2019. I have a few questions for those who know:

1. I believe I was told by Price Solutions that the first year SST will be waived but when I contacted SC customer service, I was told no such thing. For existing LFC card holder, can you please help clarify?;
2. How long does it take for you to receive the unique code to claim the LFC jersey after you have spent RM1K on your card within 60 days?

Just received the call from Price Solutions, SST will be charged and can not be waived. However, SC will credit RM30 as a welcome gift after I make payment. I forgot how many days after though. All is well in the world again. Thanks to everyone who responded.

If your application is made before 31 March 2019 and you spent a minimun of RM1,000 within 60 days of your card activation, you will receive a LFC kit. I believe this is for new applicants only.

Upon payment of your annual fee, you will get another LFC kit.

Just check my account, SCB has also credited RM30 as a welcome gift for activating the card within 45 days after approval. Free LFC 2018/19 kit & RM30 welcome cash back, I really like this card thumbup.gif

SCB credited the cashback exactly 90 days after the last day of the month of the card activation. I guess you need to wait for another month.

Yes. I believe it was the one of the perks of the acquisition campaign. The other perk is LFC 2018/19 kit.

This month I have received LFC 2018/19 LFC kit, RM30 as a welcome gift & RM100 for May cashback. I love this card. thumbup.gif

And to make it even better LFC won the Champions League rclxm9.gif

No problem but login via the web is a hassle now.

1. You need to update your app;

2. Login via the web, it will require authentication;

3. Login via your app and you will get the push notification; and

4. Click authenticate notification on your app and you can use the web now.

Initially, I thought it is just once off but every time I need to login via the web, I had to do the same thing. I know it is for security reason but it is too much doh.gif
