Hi.
I have overpayment of +RM0.50 in my credit card balance and the customer service refused to cancel the card on the basis that it must be RM0.00 in the balance. Anyone is encounter this? They are holding it back in all possible ways to pass the anniversary in April to charge annual fee. |
