May I know how long does it take for cashback to apply to my credit card?
I deposited 2k into my BP using SC JOP card a few weeks ago but until now Im not receiving my cashback is still RM0 in Reward 360. I even paid off the c.c |

Sorry but can anyone please explain what the difference between Billed Balance and Current Balance? My statement was due 6/2/19. I m2u the billed balance amount just now but the balance remains the same. But I have paid off the credit card right? Also, even though the payment due date past, there's still grace period?
