Normally how long it takes to know whether our application is successful or not? Been almost 2 months since I apply and no result yet. CS said still in Purview

my SC Bank Platinum Card suddenly offered increase credit limit without documents needed. Double the current limit.
Is it standard for SC Bank? Not yet a year since I apply the card. I always apply for increase limit for Maybank Card, but always rejected. Only 3x Salary |
