PS agent called and inform my documents is too huge, asked me to split documents and resize.
Resized and submit again.
(Since 21feb first submit and never even inform my file too huge until i follow up, fine..)

Called SCB CS, no application has been received.
The PS agent said he has just submitted. (I was like wtf...)

Received reject letter from SCB. PS agent informed bcuz they cant contact my company and cant verify. Hence he said he will send colleague to come to my office after few days to print EFP from their SCB handheld.
Instead, to cut the waiting time, i told him i will walk in to any branch on the same day to print the EPF with SCB logo, this will waived the company verification.
(Saw few ppl from here had the same problem also as they called the company number by googled)

Follow up again, PS told me HE JUST RECEIVED THE EPF HARDCOPY FROM THE BRANCH. I was DAMN PISSED. I walk in to branch to shorten the waiting time, but it actually took more time compare to he asked his colleague to come my office.

Called CS, still no appeal document received.
But PS said he has submitted. (Maybe just did after my email)

No news yet now T_T
Can i lodge complain? The agent just cannot pakai.

It has no correlation at all.

Cash back is regarded as payment (CR).
Min spending to achieve is regarded as spending (DR).
Totally two separate matters!
