Recently has a bad experiences with SCB. Was accidentally late for 2 days after paymeny due date and request for interest fee waiver. After 2 trial they insist that interest fees cannot be waived. Anyone has same incident before and successfully get the interest fees waived?
*
I have been using dated instant transfer to avoid any accidental cases like what just happened to you...

maybe you should try that out, pretty useful feature thumbsup.gif

just you must ensure you have sufficient cash at all times... hahaha

there is no fixed date. usally we get is around mid of the month. so far i've seen not more than 1 month.

in T&C, it's even stated within 60 days  laugh.gif

// We will credit the amount of the CashBack to your credit card account or any other account we designate within the 60 days after the end of the relevant transaction months. //

Has anyone tried pledging FD for the credit card recently? I went to uptown branch, they said can only pledge if you’re a priority customer, need to have 250k in FD!
*
it sounds more like they want your big fund more than pledge small amount of FD and get you a CC

or maybe they are going the lazy path, you be priority banking customer, then you apply cc they can get you easier without any pledge or whatsoever. and meantime, they increase their customer base in priority banking... lol
